Katy’s Cat Cafe Bringing Coffee, Pastries, and Cats to Sarasota
Katy’s Cat Cafe will feature a Mediterranean-inspired lounge with Moroccan-style seating and cat adoptions.
Katy’s Cat Cafe is set to open in Sarasota in the coming months, ownership shared with Business Debut. The cafe will feature a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern aesthetic, inspired by the owners’ Egyptian heritage.
The space will include a café and dining area offering coffee, tea, milk tea, baklava, and other Middle Eastern pastries. A separate cat interaction area will allow guests to purchase admission and relax on couches or Moroccan-style floor seating while spending time with the resident cats.
In addition to being a lounge space, the cafe will also offer adoption opportunities for guests interested in providing a permanent home for the cats.
Katy’s Cat Cafe will be located at 1490 Boulevard of the Arts Unit B, Sarasota, FL 34236 and will span approximately 1,500 square feet.
