Oise, a new itameshi restaurant, is set to open in downtown Fort Myers, co-owner Brad Cozza shared with Business Debut. Under the leadership of Chef Brad Kilgore, Oise will blend Japanese and Italian cuisine, expanding on the popular Wynwood pop-up Kilgore hosted last year. The restaurant will offer full-service dining and a VIP chef’s table experience, Cozza said.

The pop-up's website shares that guests can: "Expect a dining experience like no other, as traditional Italian elegance meets the artful precision of Japanese cuisine. Our menu boasts a tantalizing fusion of ingredients, expertly crafted by Chef Brad Kilgore, promising a harmonious blend of tastes that will transport your palate on an unforgettable journey."

Oise will be located at 2262 First St, Fort Myers, FL 33901. An opening date has yet to be announced.
