Opening: October 29 at 4 p.m.
Tavern-style “bar pies,” wings baked in the oven, salad pizzas, sliders, and a full bar in ~3,500 square feet with ~120 seats inside, 20 bar stools, and 20–30 on the patio. Hours: Mon–Thu 11 a.m.–10 p.m.; Fri–Sun 11 a.m.–11 p.m.

Baran Café — Jacksonville

Opening: Early January (pending custom furniture/fixtures).
Mediterranean & Middle Eastern lounge with falafel, shawarma, kebabs, teas, and a hookah lounge; ~100 seats with bar and floor seating; late-night hours daily, 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.

It’s In The DNA Coffee — Jacksonville

Opening: Targeting Nov. 6 (backup Nov. 13).
18 seats inside, 15 outside; specialty coffee, crepes, breakfast sandwiches, open-faced toasts, Japanese iced-drip cold brew; family-run with local plant partner Ray of Sunshine. Hours: Tue–Sun 6:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Big Nick’s BBQ — Cape Coral

Opening: Targeting December 2025 at The Cove at 47th Street.
Counter-service barbecue hall with sliced-to-order brisket, pulled pork, turkey, ribs, a smash burger, scratch sides and desserts; adding beer and wine; ~48 seats including a large patio. Daily 11 a.m.–10 p.m. (kitchen until 9 p.m.; Sundays close an hour earlier).

Old Havana Cafe — Stuart

Opening: On or around Nov. 22.
Fast-casual Miami-style Cuban café (counter-service) with 30–40 seats across ~1,400 sq. ft.; pastelitos, croquettes, Cuban sandwiches, signature mojo, and “90 years of Cuban tradition in one bite.” Mon–Sat 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
