FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Croissant Park Café is preparing to open a fast casual, grab-and-go café at 223 SW 17th St Unit 2, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, with owner Raffi Anac targeting a February 9 opening, he told Business Debut.

The café is designed as a pickup-only concept with no indoor seating, catering primarily to nearby offices, Broward Health employees, and families moving through the Croissant Park area.

What to Expect

Croissant Park Café will operate as a fast casual counter-service concept focused entirely on grab-and-go service. “It’s kind of a to-go concept,” Anac told Business Debut, describing it as an American take on the ventanita-style service common in South Florida.

Guests can expect quick access through a service window, on-site parking, and online ordering, with plans to offer delivery through Uber Eats.

The menu centers on coffee, baked goods, and simple breakfast and lunch items meant to travel well. The café will serve espresso drinks including lattes, macchiatos, and traditional coffees, along with pastries and savory options.

“You’re definitely going to have different variations of croissants from plain croissants, chocolate croissants, and one with a pastry cream that we’re making as well,” Anac told Business Debut. Bagels will include plain, everything, whole wheat, and cinnamon raisin varieties, sourced from a local producer.

Additional offerings will include Argentine-style empanadas with meat, cheese, and spinach fillings. The team is also working toward incorporating breakfast sandwich options, including egg-and-cheese and ham-and-cheese croissants.

Ownership and Background

Anac is developing the project through his company, ECO Development, which focuses on residential projects in Fort Lauderdale. “We’ve always invested in small business within the city because we do our development in Fort Lauderdale,” he told Business Debut, adding that the café is intended to support the surrounding community.

Opening Timeline

The café is targeting a February 9 opening, pending final inspections and preparations.
