Ember Lotus
POOLER, GA — Ember Lotus, a new Asian-Brazilian steakhouse from owner Whitney Lam Gilliard, is preparing to open at 1 N Godley Station Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322. Gilliard told Business Debut the build-out is nearly complete, with final equipment arriving and a planned opening before the end of January. The restaurant will blend Brazilian churrasco service with Asian flavors in a refined family-friendly setting.

Namak Restaurant
ATHENS, GA — Namak Restaurant, a full-service Pakistani restaurant, is preparing to open around Christmas at 1155 Mitchell Bridge Rd, Athens, GA 30606, ownership told Business Debut. The Athens location will be the second for the brand, following its original Alpharetta restaurant.
Coweta County

Crust & Craft Pizza
SENOIA, GA — Crust & Craft Pizza plans to open its third location at 70 Main St., Senoia, GA 30276 in late February or early March, depending on construction.
Co-owner David Valentine told Business Debut the team is aiming to open after Valentine’s Day.
Let's Talk Brunch
NEWNAN, GA — Let's Talk Brunch, a new full-service brunch restaurant from Chef Antoine and Cierria Davison, is nearing opening at 226 Greenville St S Suite H, Newnan, GA 30263, with construction about 99 percent complete, Cierria Davison told Business Debut.
Cierria Davison described the concept as a “soulful brunch” that blends brunch, lunch, and soul food.

Bear and Honey Hive
STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — Bear and Honey Hive is targeting a Christmas opening at 5370 Stone Mountain Hwy 320, Stone Mountain, GA 30087.
Co-owners Valencia Nicholson and Angelia Hall told Business Debut they are creating a full-service restaurant and candle studio designed as a “total experience” for the community.
Fulton County
Saffron Darbar Authentic Indian Cuisine
ATLANTA, GA — Saffron Darbar Authentic Indian Cuisine is targeting a January 2026 opening at 5975 Roswell Rd Ste D233, Atlanta GA 30328, owner Datta Gajakas told Business Debut. The full-service Indian restaurant will take over the existing Be Thai space and convert it into his new concept.
Gwinnett County

BrewedUp
LILBURN, GA — BrewedUp is preparing to open a combined coffee shop, coworking space, and community hub at 4805 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047. Owner Simone Edwards told Business Debut she is targeting Dec. 12 for a soft opening and Dec. 19 for the public opening.
Too Much Arepa
Too Much Arepa, a Venezuelan fast food concept, is coming to Suwanee next year. Owner Nestor Medina confirmed that the business will open at: 215 Old Peachtree Rd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024, inside the Circle K convenience store. Expect a menu oriented around arepas and other Venezuelan dishes.

Miss Kitty's Biscuits & More
CLERMONT, GA — Miss Kitty's Biscuits & More, a new food truck, will be opening at 6944 Holly Springs Rd, Clermont, GA 30527, owner Kitty Lewis told Business Debut. The team is waiting on final paperwork and inspections before confirming an exact first day of service, but they plan to debut in January 2026.
Henry County
Legal Smoke BBQ
MCDONOUGH, GA — Legal Smoke BBQ, a new barbecue pop-up from owner Darryl K Clark, is preparing to launch by the end of the year with plans to operate in McDonough, Atlanta, Decatur and other major cities in Georgia, he told Business Debut. Clark is currently awaiting a custom-built smoker and expects to begin service as soon as it is completed.
