Flying Burro Opening Second Melbourne Location with Fresh Mexican Fare

Flying Burro, known for its fresh Mexican cuisine, will soon open a second Melbourne location. Following the success of its original spot on Babcock Street, which opened in February 2023, the new restaurant will offer ample outdoor seating at 2348 Citadel Way Suite 105, Melbourne, FL 32940.

Owner Arvind Maddikonda shared that the eatery’s commitment is to quality meats and making everything from scratch. The menu includes a variety of tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, and a blend of American and Mexican-style breakfasts, all crafted with affordability in mind for families.

With continued expansion on the horizon, keep an eye out for more Flying Burro locations in the next year, Maddikonda said.
