Downtown Eats Bremen Opens This Week, Combining Two Former Downtown Spaces
A new location for the growing Downtown Eats brand debuts this week.
BREMEN, GA — Downtown Eats Bremen will open for dinner on Thursday, November 13, at 222 Tallapoosa St, Bremen, GA 30110, co-owner Loren Martin told Business Debut. The team will serve dinner again Friday ahead of a grand opening on Saturday. This will be the brand’s third location after its Dallas flagship, which opened November 16, 2024, and Draketown Eats in Temple. News of the concept first appeared on The City Menus.
The restaurant takes over the former The Grill @ 222 and The Brick Pizzeria next door at 224 Tallapoosa St, which have been combined into a single space with one entrance. Seating will total 100-plus, Martin told Business Debut.
What to Expect
Downtown Eats Bremen will operate as a single, full-service restaurant in the joined footprint. The team is planning community-focused opening festivities with food, vendor giveaways, and music. “We’re excited to get in there and do what we do—serve great food with great drinks and wonderful service,” Martin told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu will mirror Downtown Eats Dallas and incorporate the pizza program served at Draketown Eats. “It’s all one big restaurant, and we’re combining our Downtown Dallas menu with the pizza we serve in Draketown,” Martin told Business Debut. Expect a few tweaks tailored for Bremen.
Opening Timeline
Dinner service begins Thursday, November 13, followed by dinner Friday, November 14. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, November 15.

Target operating hours once fully underway are:
Monday—Thursday: 11 a.m.—9 p.m.
Friday—Saturday: 11 a.m.—10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.—4 p.m.
