ORLANDO, FL — Void Restaurant is in development at 4910 Edgewater Dr. Orlando FL 32810, where Eric Aristy is converting an existing lounge and event center into a full-service restaurant, Aristy told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Aristy said the venue has operated as a lounge and event space since 2021 and is now adding a restaurant concept to serve nearby residential growth.

What to Expect

Void Restaurant plans a menu that covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with takeout and delivery through platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash, Aristy told Business Debut.

Breakfast will include sausage egg and cheese bagels, steak breakfast wraps, burritos, two-egg breakfasts, combinations with bacon, sausage or steak, and much more.

He said waffles and pancake combos will be offered with toppings such as strawberry, blueberry, chocolate chips and shortcake. Breakfast sides will include hash browns, loaded hash browns, bacon, sausage and fruit cups. Breakfast pricing will range from about $4 to $19, Aristy said.

Appetizers will include loaded nachos, chicken nachos, salsa, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, chicken wings, onion rings and mac and cheese bites.

Dinner options will feature chicken penne, steak penne, three-cheese penne and flatbreads with cheese, veggie, chicken and more. Additionally, they will serve bowls, wings and fries baskets and several other dinner combinations.

He said entrees will be priced under $20.

The restaurant will emphasize air frying rather than traditional deep frying. “We’re aiming for healthy choice, so we’re doing air fry,” Aristy told Business Debut.

Void Restaurant will use both indoor and outdoor areas in its standalone building. Aristy said seating is expected to range from about 160 to 200, with outdoor service and live music during brunch.

The exterior of the building will draw on Aristy's background in Miami. One side of the space will carry that Miami look, while another side will feature a tiki-style setting with bamboo and pebbles.

Opening Timeline

Aristy is targeting an opening within 45 to 60 days, pending approvals. The current event business at the address remains active during the transition, Aristy said.
