TAMPA, FL – Totum Market & Eatery is in development at 1120 N Nebraska Ave, Suite 110, Tampa, Florida 33602, bringing a combined grocery, cafe and bottle shop concept to downtown Tampa, ownership shared with Business Debut.

The overall space is 25,000 square feet, with about 15,000 to 16,000 square feet dedicated to retail.

What to Expect

The grocery will feature a curated mix of local, national and international brands across about 15,000 square feet of retail space. Totum Market & Eatery plans to carry exotic and local produce along with craft items sourced through international distributors.

A seated cafe area will operate on site and will connect directly with the grocery floor.

The cafe program will feature cold-pressed juices, smoothies and specialty coffees. Small-plate tapas from various cuisines will be available as cafe snacks for guests who choose to dine in. Prepared food options will include sourdough pizzas, build-your-own bowls and wraps, salads and sandwiches.

The culinary director is developing a meal prep program with a mix of heat-and-eat items and take-and-bake dishes, with nutrition and macro balance as a focal point. The meal prep line will use nonplastic packaging as part of an environmental and health-focused approach to the store.

Within the cafe, Totum Market & Eatery will pour local beers on tap and host tap takeovers featuring nearby breweries. Guests will be able to sip beer while they shop and order wine by the glass in the cafe, with bottles also available in the grocery. The store will also feature a build-your-own six back station for beer drinkers.

Opening Timeline

An opening date has not been announced. The team plans to share the opening date soon on the store’s social media channels.

Hours Planned hours call for the grocery to open 7 a.m. — 9 p.m. daily. The cafe is planned for 7 a.m. — 7 p.m. A bottle shop on site will open around 11 a.m. — 9 p.m., with extended hours until 10 p.m. from Thursday through Saturday.
