Coming Soon Hollywood: Meat Master Burger

HOLLYWOOD, FL — Meat Master Burger, a new kosher burger takeout concept from butcher and owner Avraham Dadon, is targeting a mid to late August opening at 6770 Stirling Rd, Hollywood, FL 33024, Dadon told Business Debut in a phone interview.

The restaurant sits next to Dadon’s existing Meat Master Kosher Butchery.

What to Expect

Meat Master Burger will operate as a counter-service, takeout-focused shop. The space is about 650 square feet with a compact kitchen. The restaurant will draw directly from his butchery.

“We only use American beef,” Dadon told Business Debut. “We’re gonna have a selection of about 7–8 type of burgers,” Dadon told Business Debut, adding that each burger will start at about a half pound of meat.

French fries and other basic burger shop sides will be included on the menu.

Opening Timeline

Dadon is targeting a mid to late August opening. The build-out was still underway at the time of the interview.
