Chef Rahein’s True Vegan Opening on East Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach

Chef Rahein’s True Vegan is set to bring a fully plant-based menu to Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, with hopes of opening by March or April, owner and chef Rahein Jones shared with Business Debut. Located at 123 E Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the restaurant is awaiting permits for a full build-out, Jones said.

Chef Jones, a veteran restaurateur, is no stranger to the Delray Beach dining scene. He previously opened The New Vegan, the city’s first vegan restaurant, which earned top honors, including being named the top vegan restaurant by Happy Cow in 2017. At True Vegan, Jones will incorporate fresh ingredients grown on his 10-acre farm in Loxahatchee.

The menu will feature a unique protein line centered around Black Turmeric, alongside vegan pizza, ice cream, beer, and wine. The space will include 30 seats along bustling Atlantic Avenue, 8 indoor seats, and a back patio accommodating up to 50 guests. True Vegan will offer a hybrid dining experience, including online order-ahead options, from-the-table ordering, and counter service.
