ORLANDO, FL – Nếp Sài Gòn BBQ & Hotpot, a new Vietnamese grill and hot pot restaurant, is currently in development at 6817 Eagle Watch Dr #275, Orlando, FL 32822. Owned by Oanh Vo, the restaurant is expected to open in August, pending final permits and approvals.

Located across from Epic Theatres, Nếp Sài Gòn will bring a warm, family-style dining experience where guests can gather around the table to grill, share hot pot, and enjoy traditional Vietnamese flavors together.

Nếp Sài Gòn BBQ & Hotpot introduces a modern Vietnamese dining experience centered on one timeless tradition: sharing a meal together.

Guests will gather around tabletop grills and hot pots to prepare premium meats, fresh seafood, vegetables, and rice paper wraps while enjoying authentic Vietnamese sauces and recipes inspired by generations of family cooking.

Designed as a place where people connect over food, Nếp Sài Gòn blends the warmth of a traditional Vietnamese family meal with a contemporary restaurant experience. Whether celebrating with loved ones or introducing friends to Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, every table is meant to be filled with conversation, laughter, and shared memories.

Nếp Sài Gòn BBQ & Hotpot is preparing to welcome its first guests in August, pending final permits and regulatory approvals. The team is working diligently to ensure every detail—from the menu and dining experience to the restaurant's warm, welcoming atmosphere—is ready for opening day.

While an official grand opening date has not yet been announced, the vision remains the same: to introduce Orlando to an authentic Vietnamese dining experience where family, friends, and community come together around the table to share great food and lasting memories.
