DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go — St. Petersburg
Address: 204 1st Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
Status: Reopening May 1.
What to expect: Fast-casual Italian with a build-your-own format. Around 20–30 seats split between indoor and outdoor areas.
Menu highlights: Four pasta types, multiple sauces, customizable toppings. Also serving tiramisu, paninos, salads, and espresso drinks.
Hours: Planned 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday; 11 a.m.–2:30 a.m. Friday–Saturday.
Who’s behind it: Chandler Caruso leads alongside a family ownership group.

Dua Cafe — Clearwater Beach
Address: 22 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767
Status: Targeting May 1 opening.
What to expect: Takeaway-focused cafe with all-day brunch. Indoor seating upstairs and a larger outdoor setup below.
Menu highlights: Coffee, crepes, Dutch pancakes, wraps, sandwiches, croissants, and house-made syrups.

Status: Soft opening expected soon.
What to expect: Counter-service chocolate and dessert shop with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Sponge Docks.
Menu highlights: Imported Belgian chocolates, Greek pastries, honey cake, and a full coffee bar with local beans.
Hours: Planned 9 a.m.–6 p.m. weekdays; until 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Music City Beach Bar — North Redington Beach

Status: Targeting April 20 opening.
What to expect: Nashville-style honky tonk with live music daily. Indoor-outdoor setup facing the beach.
Menu highlights: Casual bar fare including sandwiches, tacos, Coney dogs, and family-inspired recipes.
Hours: Planned daily 12 p.m.–2 a.m.
Who’s behind it: Rodney and Jennifer Collins, operators of multiple Nashville venues.
Amorino — St. Petersburg

Status: Opening May 2 with grand opening event.
What to expect: European-style gelato shop known for rose-shaped cones. Small indoor and patio seating area.
Menu highlights: Handcrafted gelato, crepes, waffles, espresso drinks, and affogatos.
Hours: Daily 12 p.m.–10 p.m.; until 11 p.m. on weekends.

45 Sports Bar & Lounge — Clearwater
