Music City Beach Bar Bringing Live Country Music to North Redington Beach

NORTH REDINGTON BEACH, FL — Music City Beach Bar is targeting an April 20 opening at 16905 Gulf Boulevard, North Redington Beach, FL 33708, owner Rodney Collins told Business Debut. Collins and his wife Jennifer Collins are bringing a Nashville style honky tonk experience to the Gulf Coast.

What to Expect

The concept centers on a high energy country music venue paired with a full service bar and restaurant. Collins operates three Nashville honky tonks including Music City Bar and Grill, The Troubadour, and The VIP Bar, and said this new location brings that same atmosphere to the beach.

The space spans about 2,100 square feet with seating for roughly 130 guests, along with a front patio. Two eight foot glass garage doors open toward the beach, creating an indoor outdoor setup with direct views of the public beach access across the street, Collins told Business Debut.

Menu and Vision

The menu will focus on approachable bar food backed by Collins’ long history in the pizza business, including recipes passed down through his family. Collins said many of the dishes come directly from those roots, including his father’s grilled chicken sandwich and his mother in law’s Italian roast beef.

Guests can expect a mix of sandwiches, tacos, and Coney dogs, along with other casual offerings designed to pair with a full bar program. Collins described the food as simple and familiar, built to complement the music driven atmosphere rather than compete with it.

The kitchen may open with a limited menu as the team works through final inspections, with plans to expand offerings over time, Collins told Business Debut.

Live Music Lineup

Music is a central focus, with Collins building a steady lineup of Nashville talent. Early acts include Zach Neal with Sean Bailey and Dan Dale Clear performing the last weekend of April, followed by Craig Campbell, with additional appearances from Ronnie McDowell and Marty Raybon in the works, Collins told Business Debut.

The goal is to have live music seven days a week, followed by nightly karaoke.

“We wanted to bring our country music down here to the beach,” Collins told Business Debut.

Music City Beach Bar plans to operate daily from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m., Collins told Business Debut with live music 7 days a week.
