Status: Recently opened.
What to expect: Full-service kosher spot sized for quick lunches or relaxed dinners. ~40 seats inside + ~40 outside; flexible for groups/events.
Menu highlights: From steaks and premium cuts to vegan-forward plates (e.g., coconut curry). Starters like falafel, hummus, cauliflower tempura; an Italian-leaning mushroom Napoleon.
Who’s behind it: Chef Aviad Ballaish; second location following West Palm Beach; partnership with Eitan of neighboring Lux Bagels.

Lynora’s Italian Restaurant — Royal Palm Beach

Status: Targeting Oct–Nov 2026; taking over former TGI Fridays.
What to expect: 5,300 sq. ft. full-service Italian with bar, patio, and private event room. ~150–160 seats.
Menu highlights: From-scratch staples: meatballs, eggplant parm, broccoli rabe & sausage, minestrone, house pasta & bread. Daily happy hour 11 a.m.–6 p.m. (two-for-one drinks + discounted bites).

Brighten Your Day Cafe — West Palm Beach
Address: 122 N. Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Status: Awaiting final inspection; targeting early February.
What to expect: Breakfast-and-lunch café with counter ordering; indoor/outdoor seating across from City Hall and the courthouse.
Menu highlights: Espresso, drip coffee, OJ, fruit smoothies (no syrups). Build-your-own egg sandwiches/bowls, quiche, frittatas, omelets, Benedicts. Lunch brings sandwiches, wraps, salads, Angus burgers, soups, poke, and salmon wraps. Dog-friendly patio with simple dog menu.
