Here are four new restaurants to keep an eye on in Coweta County. We have two in Senoia and two in Newnan. One of which is grand opening on Monday the 15th. Read more below.

Senoia

404 Celsius

Opening: Targeting soft opening very soon: 42 Main St., Senoia, GA 30276

What to expect: Relocation of the lava-rock steakhouse with expanded seating for roughly 120–140 guests. Seven-day service with lunch and dinner. Dedicated space for large groups and events. A new speakeasy, The Green Room, with wine and bourbon memberships.

Menu & Drinks: Lava rock entrées cooked table side. Expanded seafood, seasonal chef specials, and in-house dry-aged beef, pork, and fish. Lunch will add faster handhelds; dinner keeps full-service fine dining.

Hours: Seven days a week; lunch and dinner (final hours TBA).

Crust and Craft Pizza

Opening: Late February or early March (after Valentine’s Day; construction-dependent) at: 70 Main St., Senoia, GA 30276

What to expect: Full-service, polished-casual pizzeria with an open kitchen and ~100–120 seats. Front room leans more restaurant style while the rear expands into a larger bar that opens to a patio for live music, game-day screen, and community events.

Family-friendly touches include dough and toppings brought to the table so kids can build their own pies. Connections with nearby Nic & Norman’s inform event-driven programming.

Menu & Drinks: Traditional Italian-style crust using Caputo Gold flour, California San Marzano–style tomatoes, and premium cheese, baked in rotating brick ovens.

Classic pies plus signatures like Philly Fry Pie, Dynamite Shrimp, Greek Gyro, Cuban, and the Crabby Patty Pie.

Hours: Planned seven days a week from 11 a.m.; ~9 p.m. weekdays and 10–11 p.m. weekends (seasonal; final hours TBA).

Let’s Talk Brunch

Opening: Nearing opening (construction ~99% complete) at: 226 Greenville St. S, Suite H, Newnan, GA 30263

What to expect: Full-service “soulful brunch” with about 50 seats, including an 8-seat bar. Considering limited outdoor seating by summer. Open Thursday–Monday with table service and a bar program.

Menu & Drinks: Oxtail grilled cheese; loaded waffles (strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, red velvet, Cinnamon Toast Crunch). Customizable French toast with the same flavors. Mocktails at launch; mimosas and Bloody Marys once alcohol license is finalized.

Hours: Thu & Mon 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; Fri–Sun 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Taco Mama

Opening: Monday, December 15th, 11:00 a.m. at: 440 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Suite 209, Newnan, GA 30263 (Ashley Park)

What to expect: Fast-casual taqueria from an Alabama-born brand expanding across the Southeast. Scratch kitchen with fresh ingredients. Menu items include tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos, salads and “Build Your Own” options.

Menu & Drinks: Wide variety of hand-shaken margaritas, muddled to order. Seasonal margaritas featuring fresh, regional fruits.

Hours: Mon–Sat 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; Sun 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
