Next Bar & Lounge

WILTON MANORS, FL — Next Bar & Lounge, a new upscale cocktail lounge from the owners of Myth Gastro Bar, is targeting a late February to early March opening at 2242 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33305. Co-owners Jerry Volmer, Deiler Beltran and Javier Valdes told Business Debut the team is in the final stages of construction and inspections.

Grumpy’s Restaurant

Grumpy’s Restaurant is preparing to open a new location at 1803 East West Parkway, Fleming Island, FL 32003. Grumpy’s Restaurant The restaurant is expected to open in early April 2026, although an exact date has not yet been announced.

Bold City Wings

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Bold City Wings is preparing to open at 2016 Hendricks Ave. in San Marco, bringing a family-rooted wing concept back to Jacksonville with a target opening of March 1, according to owner Rhonda Lunsford, who told Business Debut. The fast-casual restaurant marks Lunsford’s return to her hometown after decades operating food businesses in the Washington, D.C., and Maryland markets.

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Mechanism Coffee Roasters is planning a second Jacksonville location at 11003 E Town Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Owner Sarah Bigney told Business Debut the new shop builds on the success of the brand’s original Mechanism location, which established its focus on intentional sourcing, in-house roasting and a community-centered cafe experience. Michael Bigney is also an owner of the business.

PALM COAST, FL - D’Maria Deli & Bakery, a new Mediterranean deli, bakery and sit-down restaurant from Pedro Gorbea and his wife, Maria Montenegro, is preparing to open in mid-February near Valentine’s Day, Gorbea told Business Debut. TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — Brothers Ahmed Mansour and Ali Mansour are preparing to open Byte, a fast-casual smash burger restaurant, at 10935 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace, FL 33617. The concept is targeting a February opening, with the team noting that final timing may shift slightly as construction wraps up, Ahmed Mansour told Business Debut.
