Waiting Room at 106 Opening Thursday, Nov 6th in Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, NC — Waiting Room at 106 will open Thursday, November 5 at 5 p.m. at 106 Person St, Fayetteville, NC 28301, co-owner Brandy Puczylowski told Business Debut. The cocktail-forward lounge is a sister concept to neighboring restaurant Circa 1800. She is operating the business with her husband and mixologist Anthony Jackson.

What to Expect

The space will operate as a lounge for cocktails and appetizers and as overflow for Circa 1800’s waitlist. It will also host cocktail classes and private events, including showers and special dinners.

Menu and Vision

Waiting Room at 106 has its own kitchen, staffed by chefs from Circa 1800, and will feature a distinct appetizer menu. Anthony Jackson, who is known as the Southern Spirit Guide, will oversee the bar and cocktail program, including house infusions.

When comparing the atmosphere to Circa 1800, Puczylowski told Business Debut: “The Waiting Room is a little more funky, a little more edgy, a little more relaxed." She added that “the level of cocktails you find at Circa will be the same here,” with Jackson leading the program.
