Titusville Business Moving to Mims: Whiskey's Bar and Grill
Here's what you need to know about recent restaurant news in Titusville.
TITUSVILLE, FL — Whiskey's Bar And Grill, a longtime downtown Titusville bar, is relocating to 2191 Us-1, Titusville, FL 32796, FL, owner Sachin Shenoy told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.
Shenoy said the business operated in downtown Titusville for about six years before closing that location around May 31 to focus on the move. The new site sits about four to five miles from the former space..
What to Expect
Whiskey's Bar And Grill has functioned as a neighborhood bar with events such as bingo, karaoke, and pool, Shenoy told Business Debut. He said the new location will keep that local hangout feel with plans for music and similar events.
The new space will seat about 50 guests, according to Shenoy.
Menu and Vision
Shenoy said the move centers on gaining a larger kitchen and improving the food program.
He described the menu as a combination of bar food and dinner items, with handheld dishes and what he called “the usual suspects,” including burgers, wings, and nachos.
Shenoy said the menu is designed to give families a meal option and give bar guests snacks if they want them.
Opening Timeline
Shenoy said the team is “almost there” on buildout and is targeting an opening in about two to three weeks from the interview date.
He emphasized that the project remains in progress, with the exact opening date to be announced.
Hours
Regular hours are still in flux.
Shenoy said he expects to open daily at noon and will adjust closing times based on guest demand.
“When you open a new business, you never know what the people want,” Shenoy shared with Business Debut. He said the current plan is to open seven days a week, with future adjustments possible.
