Coming Soon Titusville: Gump's Golden Griddle [Menu Sneak Peak]

TITUSVILLE, FL — Gump's Golden Griddle is preparing to open a new breakfast and lunch restaurant at 2400 S Hopkins Avenue, Suite A, Titusville, FL 32780, co-owner Michael Muccino told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.

Muccino said he is a partner in the Titusville location and that his business partner and partner's wife are working on a Gump's Golden Griddle in Rockledge. The Rockledge restaurant is planned for 200 Barton Blvd
Rockledge, FL 32955.

Menu Sneak Peak

The Titusville restaurant will seat about 60 guests. The focus will be a breakfast-forward menu with lunch service.

Muccino said the menu centers on familiar breakfast plates built around scratch preparations. “We have homemade corned beef hash. We cook the brisket there.” Muccino told Business Debut.

The menu will also include homemade biscuits and gravy, eggs, French toast, steak and eggs, and Benedicts, with rotating specials.

Opening Timeline

Muccino said the team is targeting a September opening for the Titusville location.

He said the Rockledge Gump's Golden Griddle is targeting an opening sometime this month or early next month.

Specific opening dates for both locations remain to be announced.

Hours

Muccino said Gump's Golden Griddle in Titusville plans to open seven days a week.

Planned hours are 6 a.m. — 2 p.m. daily.
