The Cigar Bar Norcross Readies Dual Lounge Opening This December
The Cigar Bar Norcross will debut a smoking lounge, bar and a non-smoking restaurant.
NORCROSS, GA — The Cigar Bar Norcross is targeting a late December opening at 5955 Jimmy Carter Blvd 180, Norcross, GA 30071.
Owners Marya Cox and Adrian Cox told Business Debut the new venue will introduce a dual-experience restaurant and lounge that combines cigars, spirits, dining, and live entertainment.
What to Expect
The 6,000-square-foot space is split evenly into two sides, each with its own entrance and patio. One side centers on cigars, fine distilled spirits, sports viewing, and live music from metro Atlanta artists and national acts. That area will offer items such as pork chops, salmon, wings, and burgers alongside a walk-in humidor for both beginners and seasoned cigar enthusiasts.
The non-smoking side will feature a full dining room with steaks, lobster, and the full food menu in a smoke-free environment. It also operates as a wine bar with planned wine tastings.
Menu and Vision
The owners describe the Norcross location as a fine dining experience, particularly on the non-smoking side, with an atmosphere designed for families, groups, and guests seeking an upscale dinner. “We want to provide quality service where people can really come and have a good time,” Marya Cox told Business Debut.
Adrian Cox added that the brand appealed to him through its pairing of cigars and live music. “As a professional musician, I enjoy music, and I missed spaces where you could hear full live bands and enjoy cigars in an adult environment,” he told Business Debut.
Brand Background
The Cigar Bar brand is one of the longest-running cigar lounge concepts in Georgia, with existing locations in Lithonia and Snellville. Those venues operate as The Cigar Bar Atlanta and The Cigar Bar Gwinnett, owned by Israel Rader, who is also a partner in the new Norcross project.
What sets the Norcross location apart is its two-sided format. While the other locations also offer food and a full-service environment, this is the first in the group to feature both a smoking lounge and a completely separate non-smoking side with its own entrance, dining room, and wine bar.
The Norcross space also expands the brand’s offering with two patios, an expanded fine dining menu, and a layout designed to accommodate both cigar enthusiasts and guests seeking a traditional restaurant experience.
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting a late December launch.
Hours
Initially open seven days a week from 4 p.m.–2 a.m. Beginning early next year, the owners plan to expand to 11 a.m.–2 a.m.
