SWFL Qdoba Franchisee Adding a Bradenton Location
Qdoba’s newest Bradenton location is targeting a June opening as construction moves into final phases.
BRADENTON, FL — Qdoba is preparing to open a new restaurant at 7227 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34212, with franchise owner Pradeep Prashar targeting a June opening. Prashar told Business Debut the team is underway on construction and working through the final stages of the build-out.
What to Expect
The Bradenton restaurant will follow Qdoba’s standard fast-casual format with customizable Mexican-inspired dishes. Guests can expect the brand’s familiar lineup of burritos, bowls, tacos, salads, and quesadillas prepared to order.
The new location sits in a busy retail center across from Miller’s Ale House and near other national brands. “That plaza has a very vibrant atmosphere,” Prashar told Business Debut, noting that additional high-quality tenants have plans for the development.
This Bradenton unit will be Prashar’s fourth Qdoba, joining existing locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Port Charlotte. He told Business Debut that his franchise territory runs from Naples up to Bradenton, and that he plans to continue expanding within that region over time. Specific future sites are still to be announced.
Opening Timeline
Interior work is progressing as the landlord completes the vanilla shell and turns the space over for final build-out. Prashar said he expects the Bradenton Qdoba to be open for business by June, acknowledging that construction timelines could still shift slightly.

Hours of operation are to be announced.
