Sun-Ray Cinema Plans to Open in Daytona Beach
Sun-Ray Cinema is opening in Ocean Walk Shoppes on Daytona Beach.
The Jacksonville movie theater brand Sun-Ray Cinemas is coming to Daytona Beach soon, co-owner Shana David-Massett told FFBW. The Sun-Ray Cinema team has been renovating the former Daytona Beach Theater and is nearly finished. David-Massett reported that they plan to be open by spring break 2024.
The new theater, much like its counterpart in Jacksonville, will heavily emphasize the culinary aspect of having a night out. They will have two full kitchens in the building to ensure their food and beverage program is top notch.
When picking out concessions and buying tickets, guests can also order a full meal from an expansive menu. Once in your seats, your food will be brought to you to enjoy while viewing your next favorite movie. The exact menu isn't available yet, but expect a wide range of offerings that cater to several different dietary needs.
The theater will feature 10 screens, showing all manner of movies from the blockbusters to independent films. Check out Sun-Ray's website to get the feel of their Jacksonville location.
Find the new cinema at: 250 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118. Expect them to open around spring break of 2024.
