Bravo Mar (Deerfield Beach) — Now Open (October 2025)

Address: 1965 NE 2nd St, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.

Coastal Peruvian spot serving ceviche, tiraditos, and Nikkei-influenced plates, with vegan seafood options. Full service with 36 indoor seats and a patio lounge (~25) to follow; beer and wine now, cocktails (including pisco sours) coming next.

Bondi Sushi (Oakland Park) — Now Open (October 2025)

Flagship with a 16-seat circular sushi bar, 30–40 indoor tables, and ~40 outside. The most comprehensive Bondi menu to date adds robata items, hot entrées, vegetarian options, desserts, and a standalone cocktail bar developed with Shinji’s.

Wild Rooster (Fort Lauderdale) — Now Open (August 2025)

Fast-casual smoked meats—chicken, ribs, brisket, pulled pork—with sides like steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, and Hawaiian fried rice, plus Hawaiian shave ice. 2,000 sq. ft. with 45 indoor seats, a 24-seat patio, kiosks, online ordering, and delivery.

Full-service Indian restaurant with a fine-dining look and a family-friendly vibe, seating about 65–70. North and South Indian dishes mirror the Aventura menu; beer and wine at launch with plans for a full liquor license. Opening targeted within two to three weeks.

Scratch-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastas in a 70-seat room with a 10-seat bar, arcade corner, and kids’ area. Chef Gustavo Davilos leads a community-first menu built for dine-in or to-go.

Fast-casual wine and Spanish tapas inspired by European market halls. A 16–20 seat bar, 30–40 open seats, and a 14-seat private room anchor the space, with TVs for sports and pricing geared to quick, quality pairings.
