BREMEN, GA — Hungry Vegan is targeting a July 1 opening at 650 Pacific Ave, Bremen, GA 30110, with owner Tanika Renee telling Business Debut she plans to begin renovations soon.

The restaurant will mark Renee’s first brick-and-mortar location after years of restaurant experience and operating smaller-scale food operations.

What to Expect

Hungry Vegan will focus on plant-based comfort food, initially launching with a streamlined menu that will steadily expand. Renee said the restaurant may begin with to-go service before expanding into full service, depending on early demand and the layout of the small space.

She plans to operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Offerings are expected to include oyster mushroom sliders, buffalo and barbecue cauliflower wings, loaded potato skins and more.

Renee said this brick-and-mortar location represents the next step after years of working in restaurants and managing kitchens for other operators. “This is my first venture as far as owning a restaurant,” she told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Renovations are expected to begin while the current occupant transitions out of the space. Renee said she is pushing for a July 1 opening date.

Hours

Hungry Vegan plans to be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Specific daily hours are to be announced.
