Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats to Open in Palm Beach Gardens

The coffee and gelato concept will offer drinks, sandwiches, desserts, and a pet-friendly patio.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL — Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats is planned for a late 2026 opening at 7100 Fairway Drive, Unit 23, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, franchisee Michael Buzzetti told Business Debut.

This will be Buzzetti’s first location. He said he was drawn to the brand after visiting its Deerfield Beach location, which opened about two years ago.

What to Expect

Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats will offer coffee, gelato, food and desserts in a coffee bar setting, Buzzetti told Business Debut.

The Palm Beach Gardens location is expected to operate with a quick-service setup where guests order at the counter and food is brought to the table. The roughly 2,000-square-foot space is expected to include around 40 seats inside, though the final seating plan has not been completed.

Buzzetti said the location will also include an outside patio where guests can bring pets.

Menu items will include coffee drinks, gelato, milkshakes, salads, sandwiches and sweet items. Buzzetti said one of his favorite food items is the angry chicken sandwich, made with golden breaded chicken, hot honey, smoked provolone, pickled red onions and relish on toasted ciabatta.

He also mentioned nitro cold brew, latte frosting, Dubai chocolate items, Dubai waffles, salads, bowls, gluten-free items, vegetarian items and vegan items as part of the menu mix.

Buzzetti said he sees the shop as a place for meetings, work sessions, coffee with friends and families looking for gelato or treats. “I think it’s just going to be a good place for the community to kind of come together,” Buzzetti told Business Debut.
