Juliana’s Pizza — West Palm Beach (NORA District)

Coal-fired New York pies with a full bar and patio, now serving in NORA. Two coal ovens, ~130–140 seats total (40–50 outside). Beyond pizza: pastas, salads, soups, plus artisan Ring Dings and a true NYC egg cream.

  • Hours: Daily 3:30–10 p.m. (brief afternoon “stoke the coal” pause)

Coming Soon

Shawarma Station — Royal Palm Beach

Fast-casual Middle Eastern focused on freshly carved chicken and lamb shawarma, served in bowls or sandwiches. Sides include garlic potatoes, fries, tabouli, and Greek salad; choose signatures or build your own. Owner Fouad Arbid launches his first solo concept after 16 years in family restaurants.

Rosie’s Pizza & Restaurant — Wellington

Neighborhood, full-service pizzeria with indoor/outdoor seating for about 50 and a strong takeout/delivery push. Menu spans NY rounds, Sicilian & Detroit squares, and Italian entrées like chicken parm, francese, and saltimbocca; beer & wine planned. Owner Anthony Vultaggio previously ran Augy’s in Boca and operates Mamma Mia’s on the Beach (Palm Beach Post’s Best Pizza 2025).

C.R. Chicks — Boynton Beach (then Stuart)

A local staple grows: live-oak rotisserie chicken, handmade sides, and quick counter service. Each unit is ~2,200 sq. ft. with 30–40 seats; refreshed look, same comfort classics. Fan favorites include horseradish mash, black beans & rice, coleslaw, green beans, Smokey pasta, pot pie, and the homemade chicken sandwich.
