SARASOTA, FL — Okie Poke is targeting a November 15th opening at 8451 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34238, owner Ping Chen told Business Debut.
What to Expect
The fast-casual restaurant will feature counter service with seating for about 30 guests. Guests can expect fresh fish cut to order, paired with salads and sauces. “It’s very delicious,” Chen said. “Poke is good, healthy food to make you feel good and healthy.”
