New Italian Style Cafe Opening in Wilton Manors

Bean Espresso Bar will serve traditional Italian espresso drinks and scratch-made pastries in Wilton Manors.

WILTON MANORS, FL - Bean Espresso Bar is preparing to open at 2151 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33305, with owner Nadia Cutillo targeting the end of this month or early March for a debut. Cutillo told Business Debut the concept will center on traditional Italian coffee culture, with scratch-made baked goods prepared in house.

What to Expect

Bean Espresso Bar will operate as a counter-service café, offering guests the option to enjoy a quick espresso at the bar or sit and stay awhile. The space will feature approximately six tables with seating for 15 to 20 guests, along with a high-top bar area with four additional seats.

Cutillo said the focus is on quality coffees and espressos that reflect her Italian heritage. The café will serve traditional drinks including cappuccinos and espresso made with Passalacqua, an Italian coffee brand sourced from Napoli, alongside Italian pastries and sandwiches.

“All of the food items that we’d be offering, like cannolis, biscotti, anything kind of in the realm of Italian pastries and sandwiches, will stick with that whole Italian culture and theme,” she told Business Debut.

Baked goods and pastries will be prepared in house. Guests can expect scratch-made Italian offerings including pistachio croissants and cannolis. Pistachio will also appear in select flavor options for beverages as well.

The café will serve an Italian coffee brand sourced from Napoli, reinforcing the traditional focus of the concept.

Originally from Toronto, Cutillo has spent the past decade working in hospitality and restaurant settings. Opening Bean Espresso Bar marks her first restaurant. She said bringing her cultural background to South Florida has been a longtime goal.

“To be able to bring my type of culture and background and heritage out here was the idea... was the dream,” she told Business Debut.

Cutillo also expressed gratitude for her parents, Otavio Cutillo and Kathy Cutillo, crediting their full support throughout the process. She said the venture would not have been possible without them and that having a business rooted in her heritage feels especially meaningful while being away from family.

She added that she is looking forward to becoming part of the welcoming and diverse Wilton Manors community.

Opening Timeline

The team is projecting an opening by the end of this month or the beginning of March. An official opening date has not yet been announced.

Hours

Bean Espresso Bar is expected to operate seven days a week. Planned hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., with weekend hours anticipated from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Final hours are to be announced.
