New in Palm Bay: Joy Japan Opening Soon

PALM BAY, FL – Joy Japan plans to open a new Japanese restaurant at 9179 Babcock St SE Ste 105 Palm Bay, FL 32909, owner Xudong Zheng told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Zheng said the team is targeting an opening in early October and will announce the exact date on the restaurant’s website.

What to Expect

Joy Japan will serve ramen, sushi, sashimi and hibachi, Zheng told Business Debut. The Palm Bay location will operate as a full-service restaurant. They will serve beer, wine and sake.

Zheng said the menu will center on rice and noodle dishes. Guests can expect fresh sushi rolls with sashimi offerings and hibachi.

Ownership Background

Joy Japan in Palm Bay is the second location for Zheng. The first Joy Japan restaurant has operated in St. Cloud for almost three years.

Zheng said the team plans to open more locations in the future.
