FAYETTEVILLE, NC — County Commissary 1 LLC is preparing to open a commissary kitchen and ghost kitchen hub for local food trucks and mobile food businesses at 3915 Ramsey St, Suite 107, Fayetteville, NC 28311.

Owner Dyrall Hardy told Business Debut he is waiting on a health department inspection and is targeting an opening “within the next” week or two.

What to Expect

County Commissary 1 LLC is designed as shared prep and production space for food trucks, mobile kitchens and other food businesses. Hardy told Business Debut the goal is to create a more accessible commissary model for operators who do not have kitchen space.

The facility is expected to include dry storage, freezers and coolers, along with controlled access for members.

Hardy told Business Debut the building is about 3,200 square feet and includes two kitchens, allowing multiple operators to work at the same time.

He said the setup is intended to support both food-truck prep and potential carryout service through a ghost kitchen model with rotating menus based on the vendors cooking on-site.

Hardy also owns the food truck Shark Shack LLC.

Opening Timeline

Hardy said he has been working on the project for about eight months and is currently awaiting final sign-offs, including the health department inspection and fire marshal approval for hood vents and related systems.

He told Business Debut the target is to open to clients in the next couple of weeks, depending on inspection timing.
