Music-Inspired Gourmet Donuts Coming Soon to Coral Springs
Mojo Donuts is preparing to open in Coral Springs with 30–40 daily flavors and playful music-inspired creations.

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Mojo Donuts is bringing its music-inspired gourmet donuts to Coral Springs early next year.
Owner Shawn Neifeld confirmed with Business Debut that the upcoming new location will carry forward the brand’s signature mix of creativity, flavor, and community spirit. While an official launch date is still pending, Neifeld estimates an early 2026 opening at 2810 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065. We came across the story first as reported by What Now Miami.
A Music-Inspired Donut Experience
Neifeld explained that the concept was born from his love of both music and the food industry. “It's all about the Mojo donut experience,” he said. “When you eat one of our donuts, I want you to connect it to the music that inspired it.”
That connection plays out in playful menu items like the Oreo Speedwagon (a nod to the band REO Speedwagon), the Guava-cito (inspired by Latin music and guava pastry traditions), and the Me and Mrs. Jones cinnamon sugar donut.
With 30–40 flavors daily, Mojo Donuts promises something for everyone, from soft yeast donuts and pumpkin cake donuts, blueberry cake, chocolate cake donuts, to buttery brioche creations and apple walnut fritters.

Community and Creativity at the Core
Mojo Donuts is well-known for its commitment to charitable giving alongside its tasty donuts. Through the Donut for Change program, Mojo Donuts highlights different nonprofits each month, raising awareness for causes such as breast cancer and supporting the vibrant Rainbow of Hope initiative and South Florida Wilderness Society, which takes in animals. “If I could just create something wonderful with that, I care more about that than anything else,” Neifeld shared.
The Coral Springs shop will offer indoor seating and plenty of grab-and-go options, but Neifeld says the focus will remain on fun, flavor, and fostering community connections. Weekly specials, such as Code 2 Tuesday (say “Code 2” twice for two free donuts with purchase) and Fritter Friday (buy one, get one), will give customers more reasons to visit throughout the week.
Mojo Donuts will be open seven days a week with open hours as late as 9 p.m. or later, as the location has a lot of walking traffic.
