Local Chicken Wing Brand Opening Two Fayetteville, NC Spots

Wing. Co will open to express wing restaurants soon.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC — Wing Co. Express is bringing its streamlined “express” concept to two Fayetteville addresses: 132 Person St, Fayetteville, NC 28301, targeting a January 29 opening, and 7071 Raeford Rd # A, Fayetteville, NC 28304, targeting an opening in about six months, co-founder Bryan Moore told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Moore said both locations are designed as express versions of Wing Co., built around a dialed-down menu and streamlined operations.

The concept is not intended to be fast food, he said, but rather a simplified format focused on speed and convenience while maintaining quality.

Guests will place orders through self-serve kiosks, with food brought to the table for dine-in customers. For takeout, orders will be brought to the counter for pickup, Moore said.

The express menu will focus on sliders, chicken sandwiches, tenders, bone-in wings, and about three side options, Moore told Business Debut.

Wing Co. launched in 2009 in Fayetteville’s Westwood Shopping Center as a primarily to-go concept centered on wings, tenders, and sides Moore said. Over time, the brand expanded into a sports bar-style format in other markets. Moore said Wing Co. currently operates full-scale restaurant locations in Lumberton, Pembroke, and Spring Lake.

Opening Timeline

The Person Street location is in its final stages, with the team focused on finalizing the menu, plus hiring and training, Moore said. The location is targeting a January 29 opening.

The Raeford Road location is also planned as an express format and is targeting an opening in about six months, Moore told Business Debut.
