Local Burger Chain PCG Burgers Opening in Winter Springs & Windermere

WINTER SPRINGS, FL — PCG Burgers expects to open a new fast-casual burger shop in late July at 5683 Red Bug Lake Rd, Unit 9, Winter Springs, FL 32708, owner Renan Rodrigues told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Additionally, PCG Burgers is working on a location at 13530 Summerport Village Pkwy, Windermere, FL 34786, targeting opening around the end of the year, and another location is planned for late next year on Palm Parkway in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, in a new retail development. The Palm Parkway address is to be announced.

PCG stands for "Pretty Cool Guys," Rodrigues said.

The new restaurant will join an existing PCG Burgers in Winter Garden at 9245 Miley Drive, which has operated about three years, Rodrigues told Business Debut. Rodrigues said he moved from Brazil seven years ago with the goal of building the burger brand.

The PCG Burger Menu

The menu centers on burgers, fried chicken and shakes. Rodrigues said each burger is built for distinct flavor. "Every single burger you want to try is going to have different flavors," Rodrigues told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Rodrigues said the Winter Springs restaurant is targeting an opening around the end of July. An exact opening date is to be announced.

In Windermere, the brand is opening toward the end of the year. In the Doctor Philips area, they will open next year.
