NEWNAN, GA — Let's Talk Brunch, a new full-service brunch restaurant from Chef Antoine and Cierria Davison, is nearing opening at 226 Greenville St S Suite H, Newnan, GA 30263, with construction about 99 percent complete, Cierria Davison told Business Debut.

The concept will join the couple’s existing business, Over the Top Street Eats, which will continue operating under a newly promoted store manager. The project was first highlighted by our friends at The City Menus.

What to Expect

Let's Talk Brunch will operate as a full-service restaurant with table service and a bar. Inside, the space will offer roughly 50 seats total, including eight seats at the bar. The team is considering adding limited outdoor seating by summer, with details to be announced.

Guests can expect brunch and lunch offerings throughout the day. The restaurant will open Thursday through Monday, giving downtown Newnan a new dedicated brunch option on Greenville Street.

Cierria Davison described the concept as a “soulful brunch” that blends brunch, lunch, and soul food. “When you think about Let’s Talk Brunch, it is brunch and lunch with a combination of soul food,” she told Business Debut. “You will be able to get a little breakfast mixed with some lunch and a little dinner and soul food all mixed in one.”

Chef Antoine Davison shared about specific menu items: planned dishes include an oxtail grilled cheese and a range of loaded waffles, such as strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, red velvet, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch varieties. Guests will be able to customize French toast with the same flavor combinations offered on the waffle menu. The menu will be available all day during operating hours.

The restaurant is also planning a full bar program featuring brunch cocktails like mimosas and Bloody Marys once alcohol licensing is secured. Until then, the team expects to open with a lineup of mocktails while the alcohol license is processed.

Opening Timeline

Davison said the buildout has been underway for more than a year, noting that progress has “definitely been a roller coaster.”

“I am happy to say that we are about 99 percent done with construction,” she told Business Debut, adding that only minor adjustments remain.

The team is targeting an opening very soon, with a specific opening date still to be announced.
