What to Expect
The Duluth restaurant will follow the L&L Hawaiian Barbecue fast-casual model, offering generous portions at affordable prices. Guests can expect a relaxed environment suitable for quick meals or casual dining, with seating inside for dine-in guests.
Menu and Vision
As part of the national franchise, the menu will feature signature items like barbecue chicken, kalbi short ribs, bulgogi beef, and chicken katsu. Kim told Business Debut the team prepares everything fresh in-house daily, including sauces and marinades, which are typically left to marinate for no more than 20 hours for optimal flavor.
