HIALEAH, FL – Hill’s Café, owned by Hillary Newton, is set to bring a community-focused comfort dining experience to the heart of Hialeah, FL.
Scheduled for a grand opening on November 22, the café will be located at 7380 W 20th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33016. Inspired by her years at the Beverly Hills Café, a neighborhood staple in Miami Lakes, Newton aims to recreate a warm, welcoming environment for local families and professionals.
What to Expect
The 70-seat dining room promises a cozy setup with booths, a 10-seat bar, and a charming arcade corner featuring classics like Pac-Man and Galaga. For younger visitors, a dedicated children’s area with books and activities guarantees a delightful visit. Hill’s Café will focus on offering fresh, homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. Hillary Newton emphasizes a modern twist on the traditional neighborhood café, hoping patrons find a sense of belonging in the space.

The venture is steeped in personal history for Newton. Her parents first met at the original Beverly Hills Café in Hialeah, and this new endeavor serves as a tribute to her late father, who was an integral part of that initial meeting. The tight-knit family atmosphere extends beyond the food, as many of Newton's siblings are involved in the café's launch, infusing every element with family pride and nostalgia.

To further create a welcoming and nostalgic atmosphere, the café will feature a restored 1921 piano, inviting impromptu singalongs and community musical moments, reminiscent of Newton's childhood.
