New dinner spot from local restaurateur features rotating seasonal menu and emphasis on clean eating, opening in August.
A new sit-down dinner restaurant, Hideaway, is set to open in August at 5855 Placida Rd #304, Englewood, FL 34224, owner Stephanie Brocardi told Business Debut.
Brocardi, who also owns Sassy Tarts and Niko B's in the same strip, is expanding her culinary offerings with this new concept. Hideaway will feature dishes from various global cuisines, including Asian, Greek and French.
The restaurant will rotate its menu and wine list every 90 days, offering seasonal selections for summer, fall, winter and spring. Hideaway will serve beer and wine, focusing on local and imported craft beers.
According to Brocardi, the restaurant will emphasize clean eating, serving dishes without additives or preservatives. They will operate Tuesday-Sunday from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm and will accommodate 52-54 diners inside.
Englewood residents can look forward to experiencing Hideaway's diverse, rotating menu this August.
