Healthy Heaven Targets Early April Opening in Miami

MIAMI, FL - Healthy Heaven, a new coffee shop and healthy food concept from Elias Querales, is targeting an opening the week of April 1 at 11150 NW 82 St Unit 101, Miami, FL 33178, pending final permits, Querales told Business Debut. The business is designed to serve the nearby community with prepared food, coffee, and nutrition-focused programming.

What to Expect

Healthy Heaven will operate as a coffee shop with grab-and-go service, along with indoor and outdoor seating for guests who want to stay. The space will have 16 approved seats inside and 24 outdoor seats.

Querales said the concept goes beyond food service. He told Business Debut that Healthy Heaven will also host monthly talks focused on healthy eating habits and better nutrition for the community.

The shop will also include a market component with prepared items customers can take home. Querales said guests will be able to pick up grab-and-go meats, proteins, and other meal-prep options that can be reheated later as part of a customized meal plan.

Menu and Vision

The menu will focus heavily on protein-based options, along with salads, soups, açaí, empanadas, and other lower-glycemic items. Querales also highlighted a protein pizza with a chicken-based crust.

Healthy Heaven will offer meal planning, catering, and customized food options tailored to individual nutritional needs. Querales, a physician and educator, told Business Debut he created the concept to help address a lack of nutrition education and provide healthier food choices for families.

“It’s not only a coffee shop,” Querales told Business Debut. “We will be teaching the community through what we call Healthy Heaven talks, providing not only an array of food options in the healthy spectrum, but also training on how to eat, what to eat, and why to eat the food that we provide.”

Opening Timeline

Querales said Healthy Heaven is currently in the permitting process and is targeting an opening the week of April 1. The opening timeline remains dependent on final approvals.

Hours

Healthy Heaven plans to operate daily from 8 a.m-8 p.m. Querales said the business does not currently plan to close any day of the week.
