Jennifer and Chad McElroy, known for their steakhouse 404 Celsius, are expanding their restaurant ventures with the anticipated opening of 404 Level Up, an arcade bar in Hogansville, and the relocation of 404 Celsius to downtown Senoia. As told to Business Debut, 404 Level Up is set to open within weeks, with 404 Celsius aiming for a soft opening in November to prepare for the holiday season. Business Debut came across this first from The City Menus.

404 Level Up: Arcade Bar & Family Entertainment

Located at 100 Main Street, Hogansville, 404 Level Up is designed to be a hub of entertainment for all ages, featuring a mix of classic and modern arcade games, pool tables, and jukeboxes. With seating for approximately 65 guests, it offers table and bar service, as well as private dining options for events and parties. The venue will also include a speakeasy, The Stowaway.

The menu is a celebration of bar tavern favorites, with offerings such as smash burgers made from a ribeye–chuck blend, grilled chicken, steak nachos, and loaded fries. Visitors can also enjoy wings available in ten unique house-made sauces ranging from mild to fiercely hot. Complementing the food are quick bites like pretzels and cheese curds, alongside classic cocktails that boast playful, arcade-inspired twists.

The establishment plans to operate evening hours during weekdays, extending later on weekends, with earlier closing on Sundays in alignment with local alcohol regulations.

“404 Level Up is about creating a fun place for families and adults alike,” said Jennifer McElroy. “It’s for birthdays, community events, or just an evening of games, food, and drinks.”

404 Celsius: Relocating to Senoia

Meanwhile, 404 Celsius is preparing to transition from Hogansville to its new Senoia location opening at 42 Main Street, Senoia, GA. Known for its signature lava rock entrées cooked tableside, the steakhouse will broaden its service to seven days a week, offering lunch and dinner.

The lunch menu will focus on quicker, casual handheld options, while dinner will maintain its fine-dining ambience. The expanded menu will feature seasonal chef specials, seafood options, and in-house dry-aged beef, pork, and fish.

The new Senoia location can accommodate 120 to 140 guests and includes dedicated arrangements for larger groups and events. A new speakeasy in the space, The Green Room, will introduce a prohibition-era atmosphere with exclusive wine and bourbon membership programs.

Two Distinct Concepts, One Vision

Despite their contrasting styles—404 Level Up as an arcade bar and 404 Celsius as a sophisticated steakhouse—the McElroys emphasize that both venues are underpinned by their passion for hospitality and community. “We want to give people experiences they can’t find anywhere else, whether that’s gaming and wings or lava rocks and fine wine,” McElroy said.
