Fresh Bowls, Salads, and Smoothies Coming to Stuart
Saladworks and Fruitable are opening a co-branded location in Stuart in early 2026.
STUART, FL — Saladworks, operated locally by Jeffrey and Leilane Espinola, is preparing for an early 2026 opening in Stuart at a co-branded location with Frutta Bowl. The new establishment will be located at 2345 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994. Together, these concepts aim to deliver a varied menu featuring fresh, customizable options.
Visitors can look forward to build-your-own salads, wraps, paninis, and soups courtesy of Saladworks, while Frutta Bowl will offer acai, pitaya, kale bowls, smoothies, and toasts.
The restaurant will include conveniences such as counter service, self-serve kiosks, and mobile app ordering for optimal convenience. Seats for dining in will be available.
Jeffrey Espinola brings his 25 years of experience with Dunkin’ franchises to this new venture, which will be his and his wife's first Saladworks and Frutta Bowl. Espinola expressed excitement about their a desire to make healthy eating more accessible and enjoyable within the Stuart community.
The Espinolas intend to create a dining experience that offers enough variety to encourage frequent visits with their extensive menu.
