Forever Grounded Coffee Expanding With Two Brick-and-Mortar Locations

Forever Grounded Coffee is planning to expand from their current coffee camper into two brick and mortar locations, owner Anna Bethel shared with Business Debut.

The business is opening a location in Fort Myers inside The Commons event center and church and in a separate brick and mortar in Cape Coral.

The Fort Myers location will soft open in mid to late June at 2633 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916. They are taking over Take Two Coffee’s former space inside The Commons. Bethel said guests will find Forever Grounded Coffee in a large room that feeds into the event spaces, with a few tables and multiple lounge areas where guests can work and relax.

Initial hours will be Tuesday or Wednesday through Sunday from 7 am to 3 pm, and 8 am to 2 pm on Sundays. Bethel plans to expand to seven days a week once they get their footing there.

Forever Grounded Coffee offers more than just coffee. Bethel shared that teas are a large part of their business, and they’ll continue to serve loose-leaf tea, chai, and specialty matcha drinks. The menu will also include pastries, bagels, toasts, tiramisu, and more.

The other location will be in Cape Coral at 1336 Cape Coral Pkwy E, Cape Coral, FL 33904, and is expected to debut in fall 2025.

It will carry all the same Forever Grounded staples—specialty coffee, teas, light bites—with plans to add items like coffee and matcha flights, teapots with unlimited tea, and other specials.

The coffee camper will still attend regular events and farmer’s markets, Bethel said.

Bethel started Forever Grounded Coffee in 2021 and has grown the business steadily since. The decision to branch out came from a desire to grow the business and create a fun, welcoming work environment for future employees.

Bethel also noted that while mobile units offer flexibility and lower overhead, they come with challenges—especially in the Florida heat. It’s also harder to build a repeat customer base when your business is mobile.

Now, with the addition of the two new brick and mortar locations, Forever Grounded Coffee is getting the best of both worlds.
