EggBred Breakfast Sandwiches Coming To Davie

Breakfast and lunch sandwiches featuring eggs, chicken, and steak will anchor the menu at EggBred’s Davie location.

DAVIE, FL — EggBred is planning to open at 8560 Stirling Rd suite 101, Hollywood, FL 33024 in Pine Island Market Plaza, with franchise owner Corey Barden targeting an opening around June 2026, he told Business Debut.

What to Expect

EggBred is known for their hearty breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Expect everything from classic bacon, egg, and cheese, country-fried chicken, a ribeye steak and egg sandwich, to Nashville hot chicken sandwiches.

In addition to this Davie location, we recently reported on separate franchisees opening in Land O Lakes, and Fruit Cove, near Jacksonville.

Barden said he chose the concept after narrowing his focus to a breakfast-forward operation. “I like the fact of the hours of a breakfast, casual breakfast, being closed in the evening,” he told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Barden said he has signed the franchise agreement and the lease, and architecture drawings are completed. He said the team is aiming to begin the city permitting process either next week or in the first week of January.

Barden said he is taking a one-location approach for now. “I’m just taking it one step at a time right now,” he told Business Debut. However, he shared that he is open to future expansion if the demand is present.
