Delany’s Public House Will Open in Bradenton Summer 2026
Fish and chips, corned beef, and Sunday roast will highlight the menu when Delany’s Public House opens in Bradenton.
Bradenton, FL – Delany’s Public House is preparing to open at 8110 Lakewood Main St, Bradenton, FL 34202. Co-owner Tory Delaney told Business Debut the upscale traditional eclectic Irish bar and restaurant is set to open in early summer 2026.
The restaurant concept blends authentic Irish traditions with family-friendly food, live music, and shows. It will be part of the Lakewood Ranch area's dining places. The place is 6,000 square feet and has more than 300 seats. There's also a covered outdoor area that can fit about 100 people.
A Traditional Irish Menu & Pub Experience
Favorites like fish and chips, corned beef, bangers and mash, and a delicious Sunday roast with all the fixings will be featured on the menu. Other items include Irish bangers served with crispy onions and colcannon croquettes, as well as oven-roasted chicken pot pie.
The culinary team behind the project is the same group that launched Allswell in Sarasota’s Waterside Place, which has already received glowing reviews. “Everything will be high-end but comfortable and accessible,” Delaney explained.
Additionally, there will be a live music stage at the restaurant, with concerts three or four evenings a week. There will also be flexible event rooms and a private room for gatherings, celebrations, and parties.
Delaney also shares that they plan to add a traditional sweet shop provision store inside the restaurant. It will be selling imported Irish goods, candies, and nostalgic treats weighed by hand, an homage to the old countryside pubs of Ireland that doubled as local stores.
A Growing Hospitality Group
Delaney and her husband, Darren Shore, are seasoned restaurateurs. Together, they’ve opened eight concepts, including Mezcali and two Malthouse locations in New York City, as well as Allswell in Sarasota.
Opening Hours
Delany’s Public House will be open daily, from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Keep an eye out for Delany’s Public House’s opening and their social media, which may also launch when the opening date is near.
