Crave Kitchen & Bistro Coming to Sandy Springs This Fall
From pasta to kebabs to smoothies, Crave Kitchen aims to serve all your cravings in one spot.
A new full-service restaurant, Crave Kitchen & Bistro, is coming to Sandy Springs at 8610 Roswell Rd, Suite 140, Atlanta, GA 30350. Owner Habip Gumus told Business Debut that they are planning to open in late October or early November once permitting and inspections are approved.
The restaurant concept will blend Mediterranean, European, and American influences, serving signature and high-quality dishes made from scratch. “We’re doing something different here. A place where a family of four can all get what they want, without compromise,” Gumus noted. It will offer dine-in and takeout service with around 110 seats. Gumus shared that they will open daily from 10 am–9 pm.
The menu will feature signature pizzas and pastas, Mediterranean fare, including kebabs, shawarma, and house-made appetizers. It will also add seafood dishes, including deep-fried or grilled fish and shrimp. The restaurant also features a vitamin bar that will offer smoothies, fresh juices, detox drinks, mocktails, cocktails, ice cream, and desserts like baklava and cakes.
“We’re only bringing the best items,” Gumus said. “You want pasta, pizza, kebabs, smoothies, or ice cream? We have it. That’s where the name ‘Crave’ comes from. Whatever you’re craving, we’re here for it.” A private dining space will also be available for birthdays and events.
Gumus has been a food industry veteran with 18 years of experience launching restaurants across Colorado, Texas, and overseas. In addition to his restaurant experience, Gumus also spent 18 years as a contractor for the U.S. military’s food and supply chain, working stateside and abroad, an experience he credits with shaping his quality standards and operational skills.
