Cotidiano Bringing All-Day Dining To Wynwood Miami
Acai bowls, tacos, baked goods and coffee anchor the daytime menu, with steaks and cocktails planned for the evenings.
MIAMI, FL — Cotidiano, a Guadalajara, Mexico-based restaurant and specialty market, is targeting a January 22, 2026, opening in Wynwood, General Manager Gaston Gonzales told Business Debut. The business will open at 66 NW 22nd St, Miami, FL 33127 inside the Wind Catcher building.
What to Expect
Cotidiano is set up for all-day dining with a daytime fast-casual format that shifts to dinner service in the evening. During the day, guests will order at the register and food will be delivered to the table, with grab-and-go options also available. The Wynwood location will offer about 150 seats inside. Gonzales said the space will also include smaller rooms for private dining and meetings, plus options for catering and corporate events.
Menu and Vision
Owner Rodrigo Hecht is bringing the concept to Miami as Cotidiano’s first U.S. location, following the brand’s start in Guadalajara about nine years ago. Gonzales said the business has grown to four locations, combining breakfast, lunch and dinner with a specialty market focused on local producers.
“Cotidiano means daily in Spanish, so we want our clients to visit us on a daily basis and never get bored of our options,” Gonzales told Business Debut.
Menu highlights are expected to range from acai bowls, chia pudding, baked goods like croissants and specialty coffee to smoothies, sandwiches, salads and tacos. For dinner, Gonzales said guests can also expect steak cuts like ribeye and New York strip, plus dishes such as lasagna, along with a cocktail bar featuring cocktails, wine and selected spirits.
