Corner Kitchen and Coffee House Soft Opened in Madeira Beach

Corner Kitchen and Coffee House has soft opened in Madeira Beach, owner Jonathan Olejnik shared with Business Debut. The new breakfast and lunch spot has taken over the former Sweet Brewnette Cafe space at 13999 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708. The news was first reported by St. Pete Rising last week.

The restaurant offers a small, carefully curated menu designed to cater to a variety of appetites and dietary preferences. With 25 indoor seats, a cozy lounge area, and plans for a larger community table, Olejnik aims to create a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.

The menu will rotate regularly but will feature staples such as a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant (with sausage and ham options), the Ultimate BLT with bacon, avocado, tomato, and arugula, and a Cuban breakfast and lunch sandwich. Guests can also enjoy lattes, specialty coffees, smoothies, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and refreshers made with fruit juice, mint, and sparkling water.

Corner Kitchen and Coffee House is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. until further notice. The restaurant is currently awaiting a beer and wine license, after which it plans to serve Prosecco based drinks and craft beer.
