Coming Soon to Dania Beach: Mystic Social Club

DANIA BEACH, FL – Mystic Social Club, a new Caribbean-infused social club and restaurant, is targeting a fall opening at 242 East Dania Beach Blvd, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The indoor-outdoor venue will also include an attached rental lounge space, Manager Philmore McCarthy told Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

McCarthy said the menu will pull from several Caribbean islands. Planned dishes include Jamaican items such as jerk chicken and jerk pork. The kitchen will also serve pasta dishes like conch pasta and oxtail pasta, McCarthy shared.

Other planned items include Trinidadian doubles and Bahamian conch salad. "We touching a little bit of each island," McCarthy told Business Debut. He added that the food will be infused across the menu.

Mystic Social Club will offer a full music program. McCarthy said guests can expect a live DJ and occasional bands. Planned genres include soca, reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, R&B, country, and other styles.

McCarthey said the location aims to serve cruise travelers and snowbirds who stay in Dania Beach before sailing from Port Everglades. "My concept of Mystic Social Club is to basically give you that feel of the Caribbean right here in the United States," McCarthy told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

McCarthy said the team is "hopefully" targeting a fall opening. The exact opening date is to be announced. He said the project is currently in the permitting stage.

Hours

Mystic Social Club plans to operate six days a week, McCarthy told Business Debut. Service will run from lunch through dinner and include happy hour. Specific days and hours are to be announced and will depend on final city approvals.
