He said Bite Theory will feature Nashville-style fried chicken and seafood, with fish, shrimp, and chicken seasoned in that style.
The concept will also offer rice bowls topped with chicken, shrimp, seafood, or fish, along with lemonade and handmade desserts. Bite Theory will operate as a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru, Karaki told Business Debut.
The Lilburn location will also offer takeout and a small dine-in area with a few tables.
