Charcuterie Shop Opening in Fayetteville, NC
Graze Craze is debuting with a local franchisee.
FAYETTEVILLE, NC — Graze Craze, a charcuterie concept specializing in boards and ready-to-go snack options, is preparing to open at 4011 Sycamore Dairy Rd, Suite 108, Fayetteville, NC 28303, owner Cookie Brice told Business Debut.
What to Expect
Brice said she is waiting on a health department inspection, followed by corporate training for her staff, before moving into a soft opening. She said she is hoping to open before the end of the month.
Menu and Vision
Graze Craze is planning a range of offerings, from pre-made charcuterie cups and smaller boards for walk-in guests to larger boards for events. “It’s a little bit of everything,” Brice told Business Debut.
Brice said the business is positioned for occasions including corporate events, birthdays, weddings, and other gatherings.
Brice, a U.S. Army veteran, found Graze Craze while searching for the right business ownership opportunity. In the future, if this location performs well, she will continue to open other locations.
Opening Timeline
Brice said the store is close to opening, with the next step being a health department inspection. After that, she plans to coordinate with the franchise for training and a soft opening.
Hours
Brice said the shop is planning to start with hours Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. — 5 p.m. She said it will be closed Sundays and Mondays, but she plans to accommodate orders over $150.
